Christian Ladda

Christian Ladda studied mechanical engineering at the TFH Berlin. After graduating with a degree in engineering, he moved to Hamburg, where he lives and works with his family. Besides his family, his heart belongs to the development and conception of complex systems and automated plants.
With his experience as a design engineer and project manager, he is the ideal partner for your innovative product developments, especially in the field of medical technology and robotics.
Christian is characterised by a strong analytical mind, which enables him to understand and effectively solve complex technical problems. At the same time, he has a strong preference for creative approaches and likes to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions. With his hands-on mind set he gladly builds and validates his designs as a prototype.
The use of modern tools such as CAD and PDM systems as well as project planning software is a standard.
Jan Pauls
Dipl. Ing. FH, Geschäftsführer
Jan Pauls obtained his technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur) through a second educational path and then enrolled for a degree in mechanical engineering at the TFH in Berlin. After successfully completing his studies and obtaining a diploma as an engineer (FH), he started his professional career in the Rhineland region. There, he was involved in the construction of rail vehicles for Siemens Transportation Systems.
After various intermediate stations, among others for Deutsche Bahn in Frankfurt am Main, Jan joined Kraftverlauf Engineering as a business partner. Together with Christian, they further developed the company’s concept and have thus been able to successfully exist on the market for five years now.
